Anago is easy to reach by public transport. The train station of ‘s-Hertogenbosch is only a five-minute walk from our office. By car you can best park in the underground parking Paleiskwartier.

Our vision
Anago is derived from the Ancient Greek word άνάγω (anagō), which means ‘to lift to a higher level’. We believe that planning helps organisations continue to improve and distinguish themselves from other organisations. We also believe that planning only works when it adds value to every part of the organisation.
Anago designs planning solutions that completely fit an organisation’s processes. Anago’s unique platform consists of customisable modules that are quick and easy to implement. This enables us to ensure that organisations continue to mature in the area of planning and that the support grows with them.
Anago’s consultants advise organisations on planning and the implementation of smart planning solutions that can be fully integrated with their existing systems to create one comprehensive solution.
Organisation
The Anago team consists of young, enthusiastic, smart and driven planning experts. All Anago consultants have a master’s degree in Econometry (Operations Research), Mathematics or Computer Science and have extensive experience in the modelling and application of planning concepts.
Management
Thomas de Nooij (1970) has a master’s degree in Information sciences and a post-master’s in Logistics Control Systems. He developed know-how as a software engineer at Parker Edwards and Scanmar and was also a senior adviser Logistics at Bakkenist Management Consultants. He has the position of Managing Director within Anago en is responsible for strategy, product development and market development.
Wendy Baltussen (1980) has a master’s degree in Econometrics and Operations Research with a major in Quantative Logistics. She gained experience as Raw Material Manager at International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg. She has the position of Manager Operations within Anago and is responsible for project implementation and Client and Partner support.
Job opportunities
At Anago you work on smart planning solutions within a young and driven team. With our In-house developed software you create applications that provide growth and improvement within big organisations in the public and private sector. Inception
Anago was founded in 1999 when two management consultants decided to find out what was causing the gap between spreadsheet-based planning solutions on the business side of the organisation and custom systems and packages on the IT side of the business. The result: custom systems are too expensive, have a long implementation time and lack flexibility; packages, by contrast, are not a good fit for the business’s wishes.
So, the two put their heads together and came up with a solution: the Anago platform. Because the Anago solutions are modular and don’t require traditional programming, robust planning and analysis systems can be configured very quickly with the speed and flexibility of spreadsheets.
Corporate social responsibility
We need to be aware of our privileged position. Anago is headquartered in the Netherlands, where we have access to excellent facilities and highly educated staff. This is not par for the course but something that needs to be cultivated. This we do by being a socially responsible company.
This means that when we make decisions, we don’t only look at the bottom line, but also how they affect our staff, their lives, our immediate surroundings and the environment.
